ANDERSON —GKA\ . St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Wanganui, was the scene Of a very pretty wedding on Saturday, October 21, when Una Margaret, eldest daughter of Mr. ami Mr.-,. R. Gray, Aramoho, was married to John Graham, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Anderson, itaetini. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. Berry. The church was tastefully decorated by friends of the bride, the pastei tinted lilies at the altar being a special feature. The bride who was escorted by her lather wore a simplycut gown of deep cream bridal satin featuring a softly shirred cross-over bodice held in place by a beautiful cameo brooch. The skirt fell in graceful folds to form a circular train. The sleeves were shirred at the shoulders and tapered to the wrists. Iler lovely veil, the four corners of which were effectively embroidered with water lilies studded with diamante, was held in place by a circlet of orange blossom. A shower bouquet of cream stocks, maidenhair fern ami pink roses completed a charming toilet. 'Die bridesmaids were Miss Thelma Anderson, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Fay Gray, sister of the bride. They were Crocked alike in cyclamen satin taffetas, the frocks being made with boat shaped nocks, fitting shirred waistlines and fully flared skirts. Soft bows of aqua blue taffeta lent a dashing note to the skirts. Top-knots of real Howers were worn in the hair and they carried posies of cyclamen stocks, maidenhair fern and y ellow' spraxias. Little Francis Carter, cousin of the bride, made a dainty flower girl in her frock of aqua blue taffetas, with shirred bodice, flared skirt, and cyclamen velvet streamers caught from the shoulders. She wore a halo of flowers and carried a basket of flowers to match. Mr. George Anderson, brother of the bridegroom acted as best man and Mr. R. W. Lynch, as groomsman. Mrs. Gray, assisted by Mrs. Anderson received the guests at a reception held at McGruer's Hall. The bride’s

mother was smartly gowned in a navy frock and gaily printed bolero. Her hat which was veiled and trimmed with flowers was also navy and she wore a fur stole and shoulder spray of sweet peas and stocks. The bridegroom's mother wore a magenta model frock. and veil swathed toque io lone trimmed with flowers, and fur coat. Her shoulder spray was of sweet peas and stocks. The bride travelled in a smart clover crepe-endeavour ensemble, tailored coat, black veiled toque and black accessories. The bouquets were made and given by Mrs. and Miss Mann. Solos rendered at the church and reception by Mrs. K. Lynch, aunt of the bride, were much appreciated.
