TAIHAPE 5 Mr. W. H. Roy. health inspector at Taihape, has received notice of his e transfer to Wanganui. Mr. Roy has made many friends during his stay in - Taihape and he and Mrs. Roy will be e greatly missed. d At Saturday’s meeting of the Rangitikei A. and P. Association the opportunity was taken to bid farewell to Mr. S. V. Smith, a member of the - committee who has enlisted for military service. The president, Mr. V. Nicholls, referred to Mr. Smith’s work |on behalf of the association and wished him a speedy and safe return. Mr. Smith returned thanks for the exi pressions of goodwill.
