BRITISH WAR RISK INSL RANCE SCHEME LONDON, Oct. 13. The Financial News understands that the Government's war risk insurance scheme, which i.. at present confined to the United Kingdom trade, will shortly be extended to include cargoes m British bottoms throughout the world. The present rates are lower than those in the open market.
