The New York Times Washington correspondent says it is reliably learned that the British Government has allocated about 100,000,000 dollars as an initial outlay for industrial development in Can.ida. Concern is developing over the possibility of considerable American production being forced across the border if the embargo is not lifted. It is asserted that there are no legal bars against American aeroplane and armament manufacturers organising limited liability companies under the Canadian laws. exporting from Canada and extending credits to the British Government.
