PURCHASE OF N.Z. WOOL
NEGOTIATIONS APPROACH FINALITY REGULATIONS EXTENDED [ Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. The Minister ol Marketing, the Hon. Walter Nash, stated to-night that negotiations with the United Kingdom Government for the purchase of NewZealand wool are approaching finality. Details of the procedure are still under discussion and when these are completed regulations will be gazetl.ee! providing for the purchase by the New Zealand Government of all wool fertile purposes of New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In the meantime the wool regulations, which temporarily prohibited the sale or other disposal of wool and which were due to expire to-morrow, have been extended. They will be revoked when the new wool purchase regulations come into operation.
