Irvine, matron of Weir House, l.luVictoria University College hostel, after a month's serious illness. Miss Irvine, who. was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Irvine, Dunedin, was a fully qualified nurse and had proved herself to be fully competent in the position she occupied al. Weir House, i where she was held in respect by the I university students. .
