Elizabeth Barwick’s shop in the Rutland Buildings has a new and gorgeous collection of dress jewellery. You may choose anything from dross clips to brooches in brilliant diamante, and jewelled ear-rings that look so real that only the prices would convince you they aren’t.—several of them with diama'nto set in chromium in the old way, yet looking oddly new, and some are faintly rainbow tinted. There are entrancing clips for the hair, too, in beautiful designs, and if you put up your back hair, you’ll want the jewelled combs. Other dress ornaments include buckles, the new leather fobs with figures, for costume or coat, also the fobs with miniature animal figures. Some lovely strings of pearls are among the collection.
