A plan of the bar was produced in Court and the first two witnesses called referred to it repeatedly, The subject of a visit to the bar by the jury was mentioned by Mr. Cunningham in outlining the Crown case. He said that the jurymen might care to inspect the bar after having heard evidence. At the conclusion of the evidence of the first two Crown witnesses. Mr. Justice Reed again mentioned the subject. Mr. Cunningham said that he thought it would be very elpful to the jury for them to inspect
