ASHES OF MONGOL EMPEROR. Received June 19. 7.30 p.m. CHUNGKING, June 18. The ashes of the famous Mongol Emperor Genghis Khan and his Queen, enclosed in silver caskets since 1227, have been removed to an undisclosed destination from the tomb in Paotow, Suiyan, to ensure their safety from the Japanese.
