ANOTHER DICTATOR
BOLIVIA’S PRESIDENT HIS CONNECTION WITH EUROPE LAPAZ (Bolivia), April 25. The President, Colonel German Busch, aged 35, assumed dictatorial powers in Bolivia by dissolving Congress and terminating constitutional rights. The dynamic leader is now the world's youngest dictator in the western hemisphere and the first State to be declared a totalitarian one. His avowed object is meeting an economic crisis and threats of revolt. The dictatorship is not connected with any European ideology.
