THREE-MONTHS-OLD BABY EVIDENCE AT INQUEST ( Per Press Association ] AUCKLAND, April 26. A three-months-old baby, Ray Waller, of Henderson, was found dead in his sleeping basket on Monday morning. He was lying on his face. A post-mortem examination showed that death was due to asphyxiation. According to evidence given at the inquest, when a verdict was returned accordingly, following his usual custom Waller arose at 5 a.m. to begin milking. Before leaving the house he carried the child’s basket from the bedroom to the living-room. Mrs. Waller arose later and looked at the child but did not suspect anything.
