DEMANDS IN HUNGARY ANOTHER SUDETENLAND? (By Telegraph Press Association- Copyright) Received April 9, 11.5 p.m. LONDON, April 18. The Times’ Budapest correspondent says the constitution of a Volksbund of Germans in Hungary has been approved as a gesture of friendship toward Germany. Its leader, Dr. Franz Basch, demands privileges for the I 700,000 German minority similar to I Ihose of Herr Henlein's Carlsbad pro-1 gramme.
