PRAYERS FOR PEACE
CATHOLIC CHURCHES IN ENGLAND AND WALES RULE BY VIOLENCE DENOUNCED LONDON, April 18. English and Welsh Roman Catholic prelates have, ordered special prayers for peace; also the reading in all churches of a statement denouncing rule by violence in the world and warning members of “certain secret societies which are among causes of unrest, I hat they will incur excommunication." This is taken to refer to the I.R.A.
