DAINTY SUE UNLUCKY
FINISHED BRILLIANTLY IN RANGITIKEI CUP. Three furlongs from home in the Rangitikei Cup Dainty Sue was last and she was still there as the field swept into the straight. They were bunched and stretched welt over on the course below the distance and it was not until near the post that Dainty Sue received the opening she was compelled to wait for. Then she finished brilliantly and she was only a neck away from the hard-ridden Peerless at the finish.
