Vodanovich v. Pat Flanagan. I £l6. costs £2 16s; Thomas Floyd v. I Tom Rolleston. £1 ss, costs 9s. Paddy Broughton was ordered to pay L. A. Carter. as receiver for Taranaki Chain Stores. Ltd., £29 12s 9d. and costs £1 Us 6d, in default 30 days, warrant suspended so lang as £2'los is paid per month. Assessment Court. I No objections were received by the Patea Borough Council for assess- ' ment at the Court yesterday. The roll was confirmed. Mr. L. W. Austin j appearing as valuer for the council.
