Concluding his first speech in the House of Commons since his return after an illness, the Minster of Finance, Mr. Dunning, reeled and had to be assisted to leave the chamber. Against the advice of his physician he threw himself into the debate when the Opposition Leader. Mr. Manion, attacked Mr. Dunning s management of the Canadian National Railways while he was Minister of Railways. To-day it was reported he had improved. but a recurrence of his illness may delay the forthcoming Budget.
