CZECH DECREES
REFUGEES MUST GO. Received Feb. 2, 5.5 p.m. PRAGUE, Feb. 1. The Government has decreed that refugees, irrespective of race or religion, except those who are wealthy enough to live without working, must leave the country within six months. Another decree regulates the status of citizenship. It is particularly applicable to Jews, but is considerably milder than Germany urged on the Government.
