REPRESENTATION NOT YET SETTLED. PROGRESS IN RESTORATION OF ORDER. [ British Official Wireless. ] LONDON, Feb. 1. The Colonial Secretary, Mr Malcolm MacDonald, in the House of Commons announced that the Palestine discussions would open on February 7. The representation of the Palestine National Defence Party at the talks is still not settled, but, answering a question in the House, Mr. MacDonald said he expected that it soon would be.
