OBITUARY
MRS. H. G. DAVIDSON, FEILDING MARTON, Feb. 2. A widely-known resident of Feilding, Mrs. Henrietta Elizabeth Davidson, wife of Mr. Hugh Gordon Davidson, of Sandilands Street, passed away in a hospital at Palmerston North on Wednesday morning, following a severe operation. Formerly Miss Gray, of Kaikoura, the deceased was widely and popularlyknown for her gentle and unassuming manner. Besides her husband, she leaves an adult family of five daughters and one son, the daughters being Mrs. H. G. Treadwell, Mataroa (Doris), Mrs. N. Tankersley. Nelson (Hilda), Mrs. R. D. Younger, Cinder Hill (Rita), Mrs. Cresswell, Wellington (Lois), Miss Stuart Davidson, Feilding, and Mr. Gordon Davidson, New Plymouth, to whom the deep sympathy of their many friends will be extended. THE LAIE MRS. ISABELLA MILNE The funeral of the late Mrs. Isabella Milne took place on Tuesday afternoon at the Bonny Glen cemetery, the long cortege assembled from a wide area and a magnificent array of floral emblems testifying to the great esteem and affection in which the deceased lady was held. A service was held at the late residence and also at the graveside, the Rev. T. H. Burton olliciating. Messrs. lan Brice, Frank Brice, jun., W. Galpin (grandsons), J. A. H. Dick, R. W. Marshall and J. D. Lilburn acted as pallbearers.
