NELSON MURDER CHARGE
ACCUSED STILL IN HOSPITAL FURTHER REMAND GRANTED [ Per Prea. Association.! NELSON, Dec. 23. Arthur Frederick Kerr, charged with murdering his wife on December 16 at Uruwhenua, was remanded in the Magistrate's Court to-day till December 29. Accused is still in hospital. Mr. T. E. Maunsell, S.M., said he was in communication with the Minister of Justice, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason, over the case.
