THE WANGANUI SALE NO CHANGE IN VALUES. I | Freeman R. Jackson and Co. had a 'good j'arding of both beef and mutton | fats at yesterday’s Wanganui stock jsale. Prime ewes were on a par with last week but unfinished and light sheep were easier. No store sheep were yarded. A heavy yarding of fat cattle met with prices hardly up to last week but easing was slight. The few pens of store cattle which were yarded sold well. Fat pigs were fully firm on last week with a good sale for all stores. A big entry of vealers sold well. Prices realised were as follow: Sheep.—Prime wethers, 25s 6d, 28s; prime ewes, 22s 6d, 24s 6d; fair, 20s, 21s; light and unfinished, 16s 6d, 19s 6d; fat lambs, 20s 22s 6d; light, 16s, 19s 3d.
