ARCHDUKE CUT OFF MARRIAGE TO A SCHOOL MISTRESS Received May 11, 5.5 p.m. BUDAPEST, May 10. The Archduke Otto, styling himself a King-Emperor, announces that the Archduke Albrecht has ceased to be a member of the House of Habsburg in consequence of his marriage yesterday to a school mistress, Catherine Bocskay.
