GOLD SHIPMENT
ARRIVAL IN CANADA FOR BRITISH MUNITION PURCHASES? OTTAWA, May 10. Secrecy shrouds the arrival of a 25,000,000 dollar gold shipment by the Paris. Mr Graham Towers, manager of the Bank of Canada, admitted the receipt ■ but refused to comment on reports that the gold was earmarked for British purchases of munitions in Canada.
