CONNECTIONS OF NIGHTGI ARD REINSTATED SYDNEY, April 30. Th? Australian Jockey Club committee upheld the appeals and removed the disqualifications on the horse Nightguard and his connections, also that imposed on tne jockey, A. Breasley. On the ground that the colt Nightguard had not been allowed to run on his merits in the Warwick I*arm Cabramatta Handicap, run at Randwick on April 9, the horse, his owner, Mr. Andrew Morrow, the trainer, W. Tindall, and the jockey, A. Breasley, were disqualified for 12 months.
