MISS ANNxE KERWIN. A justly popular young lady with all sections of the public is Miss Annie Kerwin, the obliging head girl at the Farmers’ Delicatessen. Her quiet courtesy and quick efficiency, coupled with the unequalled quality of the delicacies she handles, make it almost impossible to pass her shop. She particularly recommends her delicious array of roast and pressed meats, and those who have not the time to do their own cooking, find there is no other shop in the North Island which can giver such a wide and attractive selection as the Farmers’ Delicatessen, next to the shop that is famous for beef, Victoria, Avenue, opposite Hotel Imperial.*
