[By Telegraph—Pres. Association—Copyright) Received April 12, 6.5 p.m. LONDON, April 11. The Daily Telegraph’s Moscow correspondent says it is reported from Hankow that the Japanese have appealed to the British Government to mediate with China and Japan for a cessation of the hostilities.
