GREAT BUILDING BOOM
AUSTRALIAN PROSPERITY EX-BANK MANAGER IMPRESSED [ Ter Tross Association.] WELLINGTON, Dec. 27. "I was impressed by the air of prosperity apparent in both Melbourne and Sydney and with the surprising amount of building going on," said Mr. Yaldwin, late general manager o! the Commercial Bank of Australia, who had just been over there. He said that in Sydney there was evidence of a building boom of no mean proportions. He considered the potentialities of Australia were unlimited. and it was good to hear that relations between the Commonwealth and New Zealand were being steadily improved.
