MURDERED BY BANDITS AMSTERDAM, Nov. 25 Relatives have learned that Chinese bandits at Chengtingfu murdered on October 2 the Dutch Bishop Monsignor Schraven, and seven Catholic missionaries, including two Dutchmen and two Frenchmen.
