NATIONAL INSURANCE
AUSTRALIA PREPARING SYDNEY, Nov. 23. The Federal Treasurer, Mr. Casey has announced that the Government will proceed with plans for national insurance without delay, and, to assist in framing the legislation and establishing the administrative machinery, Sir Walter Kinnear and Mr. T. Lindsay, British insurance experts, will visit Australia in the New Year.
