FOUR KILLED, 50 WOUNDED, Received Nov. 23, 5.5 p.m. BEIRUT, Nov. 22. It is now disclosed that four persons were killed and fifty wounded, many seriously, in the rioting yesteri day. Two hundred arrests were made. Tanks and armoured cars are guarding Government buildings. All is now quiet. Disturbances occurred at Beirut after the police had broken up a demonstration by members of disbanded organisations who marched in procession in defiance of a police ban.
