LORD HALIFAX
ARRIVAL IN BERLIN MET BY AMBASSADOR BERLIN, Nov. 17. Lord Halifax arrived and was met by Sir Neville Henderson, British Ambassador, and Herr Bulow Schwante, head of the secretariat of the Foreign Office. Lord Halifax drove to the British Embassy. Lord Halifax lunched with Baron von Neurath (Foreign Minister) and later visited a hunting exhibition.
