Y.M.C.A.
LADIES’ AUXILIARY The final meeting for the year was held on November 3, Mrs. Hair presiding over a good attendance of members. The treasurer reported on the “fair” held in the building on October 15, Mrs. Hair thanking all members and friends who helped to make it a success. The next meeting will be the annual meeting to be held next March. During the afternoon tea interlude, Mrs. R. Bond, one of the foundation members, said it gave her very much pleasure on behalf of all the members to confer on Mrs. Hair a life membership, this was in recognition of the very valuable work that she had done in her long service with the Y.M.C.A. Even when things seem-| ed most desperate she was most willing to carry on and inspired the sairw]
feeling in all her members. Mrs. Rowling endorsed the remarks of Mrs. Bond, and mentioned the loyal and willing help of all the officers and members to the Y.M.C.A. Mrs. Hair feelingly responded and thanked the members for their remarks and the help they all had been to her.
