The fourth case heard in Christchurch this week of intoxication while in charge of a car was heard to-day, when James White, farmer, aged 35, was lined £3O and his licence was cancelled for eighteen months, lhe prosecution arose out of a collision between a car driven by White and another, the woman passenger in which was injured.
