1 AUSTRALIA PROSPEROUS. MANUFACTURER’S COMMENT. AUCKLAND, Nov. 16. Reports of prosperity in Australia made frequently by visitors from the Commonwealth were confirmed by Mr. N. E. Sheppard, a Melbourne manufacturer, who was a through i passenger for San Francisco on the Mariposa, which arrived at Auckland 1 yesterday.
