HITHER AND THITHER
A Presentation. On Friday evening Miss B. Dwyer, of the staff of Young and Collins, was farewelled by the management and staff and presented with a python handbag and chromium clock. Good wishes were expressed to Miss Dwyer, who suitably responded. Townswomen's Guild. Members of the Townswomen’s Guild are requested to note that the general meeting will be held on Thursday next, November 11, instead of the usual date. The meeting, which is to be held in the Savage Club Hall will commence at 2.15 p.m., and Mr. Martin Smith, M. 0., L.L.8., will be the speaker. A flower display and musical items are other features for the meeting.
