BRITISH AIR MINISTRY CONSIDERING Received Oct. 27, 9.5 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 27. The Times says that the Air Ministry is considering attempts on the world speed record for land ’planes, using a Vickers Supermarine Spitfire fighter, and the long-distance record with a Vickers Wellesley.
