MEETING AT CAMBRIDGE BRIEF REVIEW OF CARD. The fields for the annual race meeting of the Waikato Hunt Club, to be held at Cambridge to-day, are good in the majority of events, a.number of useful horses being attracted to the fixture as the stakes are fairly generous. For instance, the Waikato Hunt Cup carries a stake of £475 and a gold cup valued at £25, while the Members’ Memorial Handicap has £350 in added money. The totalisator will be operated on the win-and-place system, as is now fairly general anc.ong the provincial clubs in the Auckland province.
