ALBERTA LEGISLATION
SUPREME COURT RULING EDMONTON, Oct. 20. The Supreme Court ruled illegal the Aberhart Order-in-Council prohibiting Court actions against the validity of the social credit legislation.
Senator William Greiesbach told the Conservatives that Mr. Aberhart’s election hints indicate that he is preparing to drop social credit and base his appeal to the farmers on “You have not had to pay your debts.”
