YOUTH FOR OBSERVATIONS NEW YORK, Oct. 19. The defence in the case in which Paul Dwyer, aged 18, was charged with the murder of Dr. and Mrs. James Littlefield, both aged 64, was one of insanity. The Judge granted the defence tion and ordered Dwyer to be committed to an insane asylum for observation. The murder arraignment was cancelled pending the receipt before November 16 of the report from the asylum concerning Dwyer's condition.
