ALLEGED DEFAMATORY LIBEL MR. NELSON OBTAINS A WRIT APIA, Oct. 19. Mr. Nelson has obtained a writ for alleged defamatory libel contained in an article in the August number of the Pacific Islands Monthly against Gurau, a Samoan correspondent. The hearing takes place on November 7 before Chief Judge Morling.
