REVISED ESTIMATES WASHINGTON, Oct. 18. President Roosevelt has revised his Budget estimates. He predicted a deficit on June 30 of 695,000,000 dollars, an increase of 277,000,000 dollars on his earlier estimates. He blamed the failure of income to meet expectations, also the increased expenditure of approximately 250,000,000 dollars owing to the new legislation. He added that the gross public debt at June 30 will be approximately 37,119,858,732 dollars.
