FOOLISH YOUTH
THEFT from bank [ Per Press Association. 1 CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 19. Employed in a bank in the city, where he sorted the mail, a youth aged 17 years 9 months, stole 17 in money and a cheque for £8 10s. As a result he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to-day charged with the thefts. He was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within twelve months. His name was suppressed.
