PALMERSTON SESSIONS [ Per Press Association. ] PALMERSTON N., Oct. 19. With only one criminal charge for trial the quarterly session of the Supreme Court has opened. Mr. Justice Smith congratulated the district on the comparative absence of crime in the past few months.
