In the Metropolitan tennis tournament at Strathfield on Saturday morning Bromwich won the men’s singles championship, defeating Neil Turvey, 6—4, 6—4. WIN FOR AUSTIN COYTERED COURTS TITLE. Received Oct. 17, 7.5 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 16. In the covered courts tennis final Austin defeated Schroeder (Sweden), 6—2, 3—6, 7—5, 6—2.
