FORMER WORLD BOXING CHAMPION CLAIM FOR INCOME TAX Received Oct. 15, 11.50 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 15. Primo Camera has filed a petition in bankruptcy following an income tax claim for £124, which, he says, he did not know he owed. He thought all that was due was paid.
