DUTCH TIGHTEN CONTROL JAPANESE FIRED ON. SINGAPORE, Oct. 14. Two of the crew were injured when the Dutch destroyer Flores fired on the Japanese lishing vessel Taishin Maru, owned by a Singapore company, in circumstances similar to those on October 2, when the Flores fired on the Japanese fishing boat Tokci Maru. Recently the Dutch Indies’ legislated tightening the lishing control, licences being restricted to Dutch subjects and Licences being withdrawn if it was found that a holder was acting as a dummy for a foreigner.
