GAINS AND LOSSES [ British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Oct. 14. The North Islington by-election won by Labour, was the thirty-eighth since the general election in 1935. Labour has won six seats and the Independents two. In the remaining 30 no change in political representation look place.
