Sir.—l belong to that hated and hunted :/3cies of animal, known a» mortgagees, whose fate it is always to be in the way when kicks and curses are flying. Getting used to it? N 6. 1 am not, and still turn green wfth envy when I sec how nicely anomer species, called mortgagors are being treated. I would now suggest to my wretched fellows that we form an association for our mutual protection. Perhaps someone among us who has some standing and influence might call a meeting.—l am, etc., “FAIR PLAY."
