WAVERLEY
TOWN BOARD MEETING Mr W. Heginbotham presided at the monthly meeting of the Waverley Town Board held on Thursday. The balance-sheet read as follows: General account, credit £299 13s Id; interest account, debit, £45 11s 7d; separate account, credit, £9l 12s. It was resolved that the board make an application for a subsidy of £5O from the District Highway Council for the purpose of repairing the footpaths from Chester Street to George Street. It was resolved that C. Barnett’s attention be drawn to the cows wandering on the streets without collars. Accounts amounting to £393 12s 3d were passed for payment. DOMAIN BOARD A meeting of the Waverley Domain Board was held on Thursday, October 14, when the balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £l2O 10s 3d, and accounts amounting to £9 9s 3d were passed for payment. WAIROA DOMAIN BOARD The monthly meeting of the Wairoa Domain Board was held on October 14, Mr W. Heginbotham presiding. A credit balance of £62 11s 8d was shown. Accounts amounting to £l4 4s were passed for payment.
