MR. WILLIAM BROOKS. Received Oct. 14, 10.19 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 14. The death as occurred of Mr. William Brooks, a noted city business man and head of a leading printing and stationery firm, and chairman of the Australian Federal Capital League, aged 78.
